500 games on GOG.com ready to download and play.

Enter the GOG.com 500 Games Giveaway here!

Leisure Suit Larry--a great example of the classics that got us here, or you can pre-order Omerta: City of Gangsters--a promising Mafia crime sim that's showcases the quality & variety of the kinds of games that GOG.com will continue to release (new and old!) in the future.

We owe all of this to you--our gaming audience--and we're extremely grateful. This is as much your achievement as it is ours and that's why we're giving away 500 games to thank you. To enter the giveaway, simply tell us, after clicking the link, what's the next big step for GOG.com. Should we land on Mars? Create a small DRM-free country on some lonely Pacific island? Create an evil A.I. that will threaten mankind with endless tests? Just type a few words for a chance to win one of 500 games. You can get some extra entries by sharing, tweeting, and following us on social media. You're not joining any mailing lists or signing up for anything. We just need your e-mail to send the game. The giveaway ends next Thursday at 10:59 AM GMT. Join it here: GOG.com 500 Giveaway

Thanks again, and see you at a thousand games!
Thank for the entries! Keep being awesome! Next step: improve UI of forums and add the Drakensang games to your library of games!
Couldn't be bothered with Twatter adn SurveillanceBook, but entered the contest. Hopefully the spam filter will have to rest.

Should have written about the crummy browse games section of the site, but didn't think about it at the time. It's terribly slow though, and can't remember what you had selected if you check out a game and then go back. Very bad design. Takes forever to pick up games from whatever filter you choose too, even the default ones (no search).

Just hope they keep releasing DRM-Free games. I would like newer games too, if the devils of this world can be convinced of doing so DRM-FREE.
Entered, I ditch the social media part but emailed the contest link to my friends :)

My suggestion: gogs for ubuntu linux

My other suggestion, which I should have mentioned: It would be nice if you guys started adding visual novels to your catalog. Some of them look pretty interesting
Linux! What`s better than DRM free games on an open source operating system? Nothing! I say that GOG should join the current Linux gaming bandwagon. It will be an awesome marriage!
More than 120.000 entries? Yeah, good luck folks. Not even going to enter.

Anyway, I'd love to see some of the rarer games on the community wishlist get some love, like Chaos Gate or Tone Rebellion.
Oh, and System Shock 2 of course, to undermine my own point.

Not to be a Debbie Downer, I'd rather not give my email address to more people, especially not a one-off place I've not heard of before and will not go back to.

I'm really glad GoG has lasted as long as it has, having been a member since before it was even open. ;)

Oh, and... Hurry up on Cyberpunk 2077!!! :) Insta-buy (just like Witcher 1 and 2 were.)

Agreed. Since the contest was at a third party site, and I already have a huge backlog of unplayed games, I just didn't bother to enter.

Better odds for everybody else I guess.
Good thing I have active Facebook and Twitter accounts already (that have been following GOG for some time now) so my conscience remains clean here. ;)

GOG.com:
I'm a bit concerned about your decision to use Rafflecopter. It seems to be a buggy site (accidental duped entries etc.), from what I've read, and now, people are posting referral links to your giveaway on Rc, while I can't find any info as to what they have to gain from these referrals.
