Leisure Suit Larry--a great example of the classics that got us here, or you can pre-order Omerta: City of Gangsters--a promising Mafia crime sim that's showcases the quality & variety of the kinds of games that GOG.com will continue to release (new and old!) in the future.

We owe all of this to you--our gaming audience--and we're extremely grateful. This is as much your achievement as it is ours and that's why we're giving away 500 games to thank you. To enter the giveaway, simply tell us, after clicking the link, what's the next big step for GOG.com. Should we land on Mars? Create a small DRM-free country on some lonely Pacific island? Create an evil A.I. that will threaten mankind with endless tests? Just type a few words for a chance to win one of 500 games. You can get some extra entries by sharing, tweeting, and following us on social media. You're not joining any mailing lists or signing up for anything. We just need your e-mail to send the game. The giveaway ends next Thursday at 10:59 AM GMT. Join it here: GOG.com 500 Giveaway

Thanks again, and see you at a thousand games!
More games in general (especially oldies)!

And maybe more newer releases?
I'm already trying to decide on my winning game :)
I insist the next step should be the GOG game console!

Tadzique: Me too. I'd really welcome GOG on my ubuntu laptop, not just only on Win7 one ;-)

yxomoron: +1 vote for Linux support :)
I condone the above. :)

More games of all types, New, Old, Indy, and a various price points (I like a deal as much as anyone but I'd rather that a title be DRM free on GOG than have it not here because of some pre-fab pricing scheme).

THE #1 bar none most important feature is to keep GOG as GOG which means no 3rd party clients, DRM, or login falderal. I know GOG has no plans of doing those things but I simply cannot say it often enough. It is the feature that drew me here and it's what keeps me here. I won't shop anywhere that's not DRM-free anymore and I thank GOG for giving me a place to buy my games.

Not Entering but please bring vampire bloodlines to the catalog
I would recommend a considered re-structuring of your price-points system for game pricing, coupled to the production of bundled packages (similar to those released during your bundle sales, though perhaps not quite so extensive - being able to buy BG1 & 2 together for example, or Fallout 1 & 2 & Tactics, the HoMM series, The M&M series, the Ultima series etc, etc... Lots of small packages, rather than a few enormous ones). You may not even need to make it cheaper to buy the bundled games (although I'd prefer it if you did) as it'd be good even just from a convenience stand-point - lets face it most people that buy Fallout (as an example) are probably going to at least get both 1 & 2 (tactics is such a different game), clicking fewer times is better for the RSI.

In terms of pricing structure I would rethink the approach at both ends. You guys have been releasing a few high price games recently and it would be nice to see a similar change at the bottom end, there are a few titles in the catalogue that are simply over-priced even at $5.99, but may be worth a look for the price of an arcade game - $2. Basic message is that if you're going to expand the pricing scheme, expand it at both ends not just the top - on its most basic level this would probably create a lot of good will in the community too.

spindown: I think GOG should start selling DRM-free movies and TV shows next.

Big congratulations GOG. Happy 500!

insanity99: For me, the next big step is Linux support.
Same here. Wish it would finally happen. I have been holding off on buying any games off GOG due to their stance on Linux. I have enough games to play as is. Would buy games at full price off GOG if they finally showed support, but alas, if they don't want my money...
Awesome and entered.

Linux support was what should be next (I don't use the OS, but the demand is high).
Well done on the 500 game titles.
Kool beans, we've made it to 500 hundred games. Congrats GOG!
I really dislike all this forced social media activity in order to get "extra entries" for the raffle. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
Thanks for the giveaway. The next step is MORE games!
The next thing GOG needs to do?
Roll for initiative. (Somebody failed their spot check!)

Dynamic initiative is for plebs!
PLEBS I SAY!

(Well, at least when it's d20 based.)
