Looks like they have an IP check as it tells me that I've already entered that giveaway. I'm at work now, so presumably some co-worker got a code.

Works for me as well. Or well, I have a green thing to click on, won't actually do it though (would be rude to claim a key for a game that I already own and have a spare copy of)

On the translator, it said these were Dota 2 beta keys.

But who knows when? They are still not done with adding things to the game, and Valve is quite good at not releasing games until they are very polished, so a release might still be over a year down the line.
