i succesfully purchased MDK and when i click on the link to download it sends me to a webpage that states "403- Forbidden"... WTF????!!!!!
Can someone from cog.com help me or refund me immediately!!
one other thing the support function is broken - i can't post inquiries. i click on send and the thinking cirlce, flower thingy just goes and goes...
have to say that my entire experience with this service has gotten off to a very rocky start - really not sure if i'll support this service if everything is a s shoddy as this!!!

one thing you have to remmember is that everything is in beta. You should be expectet to run your head agisnt a wall from time to time.
First of all. your game is purchased. that means its yours. If you cant download it right away then you might be able to download it at another time.
2nd. The info you provided would not be sufficiant for people to help you. what browser are you useing? Internet explorer? Firefox? Opera? Safari? Chrome?
There are other people who have had the 403 error also

Thought I'd add a note that we've made some changes to our download system, which we believe should fix your problem with the "403 - Forbidden".

DaveGolden, relax bru, this service is still in Beta and they have numerous creases they need to iron out.
In the other thread I mentioned that you have to set your browser's proxy to the SAIX cache:
cache.saix.co.za port 8080
This is a Telkom problem, not a GOG problem. Many people from countries which have an international proxy experience the same thing.
