It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Hey,
I just purchased Freespace, but as I entered all my information and clicked to the next page, I realised VISA was selected instead of Mastercard. It took me through regardless and told me I've now purchased the game. I figured maybe it's something the site automatically fixes if it recognises Mastercard information.
Anyway, I went to download it, and I clicked through and got a 403 error. I've looked up the topic about this and it seems like it was a general error that was solved a few weeks ago. So my question is do you think I'm getting the 403 because my payment info was wrong or some other thing like a firewall or whatever?
I've emailed support obviously, notifying them of my mistake.
Thanks

Same here, and just bought Sacred. What a shame... I was hoping to start downloading right away, and it won't start (giving the 403 error) either from the download page, or from the AIR client
Please try again - should be okay now!

Fast support <3 GOG
I'm using the downloader, it's going now but very very slowly. In fact I think it just stopped at like 19kb.
edit: yeah I'm getting nothing here. It goes for about 10 seconds at 3kb/s and then just stops.

Hi,
Just thought I'd let you guys know that I'm getting the 403 message regardless of which game I'm downloading.
ISP: Orcon
Country: New Zealand
It only happens when using flashget/getright. The gog downloader works fine but is rediculously slow i.e. around 20-30kb/s. Getright downloads at around 200kb/s, so I'd really like to know if anyone's found a way around the problem, bar using the gog downloader.
Cheers
I know this isn't much help, but right now there are no download troubles in Germany (tested with Simon the Sorcerer): Getting 1.7 MB/s out of possible 2.0, using standard Firefox. So the servers seem to be alright.
I'd recommend just downloading the file straight without using the downloader tool, that's how I do mine and they all worked just fine.
my answer is..
"The Gman"
