That's right, at the time of writing this post, I have 4000 stars (1000 x ****). That is many stars.

There is every chance that, because of my interactions in these forums, I may not, at the time of reading, still have my 4000 stars, it may drop to 2,997 (999 x ***) or even lower.

Anyway, lets have a giveaway. Assuming there is a sale on Friday, two lucky winners will be able to choose US$10 worth of games. This giveaway will be for the boys.

I'm in. Let's see. I know the difference between a 3-4 defense and a 4-3 defense in American football. First number is number of linemen, second number your linebackers.

In the 3-4 the nose tackle, center of the line is primarily responsible for tying up space in the middle. As such, you need a big lineman usually 300+ in the pro game these days. Your two inside linebackers are relied upon for middle run support (since you lack a 4th lineman). Your outside linebackers are often sent to edge rush. The 3-4 often relies on random blitzes (any of the linebackers can be sent at the QB). Quality nose tackles and outside linebackers are a must.

In the 4-3, the pass rush and run defense is more in the hands of the defensive line with the linebackers providing more a supporting role. The key positions tend to be the middle linebacker who has to fill wherever there is a gap and the defensive ends who are required to get pressure on the quarterback.
