Aliasalpha: STILL nothing.
Anyone else starting to feel like Cartman waiting for the release of the Wii?

There's no snow here though. :(

I feel more like Cartman wanting a PSP...
Well its Cartman + Avarice for sure
So any ideas as to what time i will be able to download it from telltale in the UK?
I seem to remember downloading Sam & Max late on so i'm guessing the time difference is 5-8 hours.

well my guess, since it obviously wasn't midnight, is at 9am their time (gmt +8). HOPEFULLY if I'm right, another 3.5 hours so I can download it and go right to bed without playing

Is that even possible ? Then again lack of sleep is a bitch especially if you get hooked and don't get any sleep at all. Last time i did that i almost got fired for telling my manager, who was a prat anyway, to do one.

I'll probably die from lack of sleep if I do and die from lack of monkey island if I don't.
Speaking of dying, I think we're not the only impatient ones, the telltale site is having a little issue. This image proves again that they're a strange bunch

I think they're updating, won't be long now.
I really need to get a life and stop clicking the refresh button every five minutes.
Metacritic already has a couple of reviews for the first episode, a bit mixed so far.

This is ridiculous.
No game, now a crashed server. Reminds me of the Half-Life 2 release when everyone was getting it decoded at once. I couldn't get my copy decoded for 2 days after I bought it release day. Sucked.
start of business should be in 8 minutes
"Sorry, the site's totally overloaded right now!"
This is the message I got when trying to access Tell Tale's forums. I think we can at least call it a commercial success already. ;)
This certainly reminds me of the early days of Half Life 2 back in '04. Totally awesome that an adventure game should get so much attention in this day and age. Bodes well for the PC in the next decade, methinks.
Now, if only I could get my hands on the actual game soon... :P

I finally made it in. There's no game d/l yet. :(
This is a black eye, for sure.

They need a countdown clock or someway to let us know roughly when it's available. I imagine they will send out emails to people who have preordered.
I had the same problem with Sam & Max and just used to leave it till the next day to download.

Yea, prob doing final prep stuff. Along with everyone, I'm way over excited and had to much sugar.
I know. I keep saying sod it i'll get it tomorrow, but i'm still sat here refreshing the page every 5 mins.
I know they won't be anything near the first 2 games but more Monkey Island is always a good thing.
Would be nice to get Ron Gilbert onboard so we might find out how the original 3rd game (if he had made it) would have turned out. The ending to MI2 still bothers me and need explaining.
