moonshineshadow: Coming back to what I said about wishlist checking.... you are seriously missing a really awesome game, at least in my opinion ;-) Is your wishlist up to date? :p
avatar
Grargar: "Ahem", remember about the Secret Santa...
Of course :D But Hyper was smart and did a seperate wishlist on the Secret Santa thread, where not all games from the gogwiki wishlist are mentioned. That leaves some openings :D
Hell! I'm really annoyed. Why real life always gets in the way at the most improper times.

A random gift to appease me.

donsanderson: That does sound shitty doesn't it? :/
Let me rephrase:
"Actually if I had a lot of gamer friends, and the money to do so, this would be a great time to pick up presents for them. I wonder if this is one of the things that influenced GOG's choice of games on sale and date?"
Sorry to sound like an ass, I was barely awake at the time. ;)
Cheer up, donsanderson! Check your PM.

Just reminding you. ;)

JudasIscariot: Ether One.

Most people would probably dismiss it as walking sim but it's actually a decent puzzle/exploration game that doesn't try to talk down to people with some sort of 2deep4u storyline. On top of that, the puzzles actually make sense once you take the time to examine how they are designed.
Oh Darseid's cruelty. That was precisely my problem with Braid. I read so many great reviews, many of them praising the story. But throughout the whole thing I just felt like it was some hispter a-hole looking down at me from over his bright-coloured plastic glasses with a jeering smirk.

moonshineshadow: I am sure you can :D Actually I was looking at wishlists, but at the moment I am hesitating, since there is so much christmas gift shopping going on here it is quite complicated what you could buy without ending up with duplicates.

[...]
I guess it's time for THE request then. ;-)

*ding dong, ding dong*

Attention, please.

All GOG members with a GOGWiki Wishlist are kindly requested to keep their wishlists up to date as they make good use of the Winter Sale to trim them down.
I repeat - please, don't forget to update your GOGWiki wishlists after every purchase you make.

Thank you.

Good luck finding my wishlist.

JudasIscariot: You won't regret it :) Also, it's really worth to get all 20 projectors working in the game as you get a much better ending if you do :)
avatar
CarrionCrow: I'll be sure to keep that in mind. If I'm lucky, it'll show up at some point during the sale.
Also, OlliOlli is a pretty decent skateboard game, if I don't say so myself :) I have a weakness for games with skateboarding in them (like the Tony Hawk games where you can skate through an open city) and while OlliOlli is a runner-style game it's very fun to try and pull off all kinds of tricks :)

I do recommend that you tackle OlliOlli with an Xbox 360/XInput controller as you'll need to make sure you can perform as many tricks as possible :)

Don't be caught by GOG's security :P
Just bought pixel shooter on a whim, and also on account of it being both absurdly cheap and gorgeous looking.
