It's kinda weird, really. We just did a sale, and now GOG's pushing some of their most expensive items at the very beginning of a multi-day multi-bundle sale.

One big difference this time, though. I volunteered to keep track of the annoying obnoxious timer-based sale. -laughs-

It kinda feels like a telethon, only for something completely insane. Like a drive to raise money to have silicone breasts implanted into polar bears or something....

I'd like to interject with a snarky comment about how most television is garbage, but then I remember that I've been contemplating putting a Friday the 13th marathon on in the background while I timer-watch, and that pretty much makes my commentary intensely hypocritical. -laughs-

Actually if I had a lot of gamer friends this would be a great time to pick up presents for them. I wonder if this is one of the things that influenced GOG's choice of games on sale and date?
