foxworks: Welcome back! I would highly recommend Theme Hospital.
I never found myself too interested in this game, but I've been watching a BBC period drama called alternately London Hospital and Casualty 1906 and now want to play some sort of Edwardian-era hospital game. Is there a way to change the time period in Theme Hospital? Even if not, is it worth getting?

Evening folks! How's everyone holding up?

So it doesn't seem like Darklands has gone any cheaper than it is, yet? Unless I'm missing something. Is there any particularly good chance it will before the end of the sale? I know it's pretty darned cheap already but it really is a counting-every-penny thing over here just now so, while I really want it, I'd kick myself if I bought it now and then it went cheaper.

No, the horror genre is not really my thing. Only horror games I have liked are The Walking Dead seasons 1&2, Seven Days to die, and I can't think of any others LOL

Welcome back...Darklands, that's the classic 1992 rpg, correct? I keep reading good things, but tbh I'd never even heard of it before gog. Yet another wonderful reason to support them. It looks like a good game but I have several rpgs I need to dive into, and am still playing IWD:EE.

That's the one. Like a lot of classics on GOG I hadn't heard of it either, but a recent third-party article on RPS has me very eager to give it a shot. I've grabbed a few games I'd never heard of from GOG since signing up and I've never been disappointed yet.

It hasn't gone any lower this sale. Was also an item I kept looking at but never pulling the trigger on. (Thank you again, Hyper, for that. =) ) Thinking 50 percent is as good as you'll get this time around.
