Sorry, been resting a lot after the Physio appointment. Apparently the weightlifting wasn't the problem... At work, I do a lot of repetitive motions for a few hours twice a week so when I started having problems sleeping because my arm was irritated and doing normal stretches wasn't solving it...we did some weight lifting exercises. Those caused the muscles in the arm to relax from being so tense and now the arm just needs to rest ( with some occasional stretches few times a day ) and can't lift anything heavy until Monday when I go back to work.

Arm is still bothering me so may have to take some ibuprofen and get some more sleep at some point. ...but yeah. Can't be at the computer for long at a time because of the whole arm hurting.


...in other news, the bundles don't interest me. I know of the games in the horror-type bundle and have seen playthroughs of them but they aren't games I would play for myself. We're both still watching and waiting for anything else to catch our interest, though.
