donsanderson: That is, without a doubt, one of the coolest things I've ever seen! Thank you.
Why don't they do the 100 hour loop?
avatar
Ragnarblackmane: Fixed that for you.
? I see 10:00:00, ten hours. Just wondered what use they have a ten hour recording.

adaliabooks: Ohh, go for Divinity: Original Sin, then I can live vicariously through you ;)
Eh... whatever spare cash I find down the back of the couch?
You could always pawn the couch.

But that would eliminate his only source of income. ;)

Ragnarblackmane: Brothers of the mine rejoice,
Swing, swing, swing with me.
Raise your pick and raise your voice,
Sing, sing, sing with me.
Down and down into the deep,
Who knows what we'll find beneath?
Diamonds, rubies, gold and more,
Hidden in the mountain store.
Spoken like a true dwarf. :-)

But Ragnar thinks it should be a 100 hour loop ;-)

If only that weren't pretty much true...

Niggles: Strange question - what sort of a budget do people put aside for these kind of sales?
Normally I just have my normal game budget I set myself every month, which is not high, so I buy not many games even at the sales. Luckily I get more wage in December so my budget is bigger and I can spent more on christmas or winter sale :D

To get as much of
Diamonds, rubies, gold and more
It's quite catchy though. ;-)

That was pretty awesome.

Gaming is my main hobby. So when I squirrel away money a little here and there, eventually that will add up. When using sites like GOG, I can get more worth for the money I drop so I'm less likely to worry about wanting all the "new shinies" when there's so many other games in the world that are even just a year or so old from being "new" that could be given more attention.

I don't like how the gaming world has been going with some of these AAA studios tossing around money and just squeezing more money all the time out of the fans. I can't keep up with all the consoles with how expensive they are...so I can just keep a computer and a handheld...or even a smartphone these days...and still get games for them and keep getting them because one gaming rig can last quite a few years and won't need to be upgraded unless you're trying to keep up with the newest thing all the time.

You can also get a lot of free and very cheap games on the PC that people have made if you can't pay for..what was it...around 60 dollar games or so each time they drop.
I finally beat level 8 of Tri in between random refreshes of the slow sale page. Fell off the windmill way too many times.
