Asked myself the same question. Looks like they're both shoot-shoot bang-bang for groups of people and nothing else (since I also do not consider playing with bots to be worth it), so I've skipped them both in favor of Unreal 1 and 2.

Unreal 1 & 2 are single player games?!? I've skipped them all these years, just assuming they were multiplayer only, like Unreal Toirnament. Interesting, very interesting.
