HypersomniacLive: You can shout all you want, but Pidgeot script doesn't lie and it says:

Halfway $6.49 ($12.99) [50%] (Ends Sat, 06 Dec 2014 12:38:59 UTC)

HypersomniacLive: Which is correct because I was around when it was about to first appear and when it finally fell off of the front page.
I was around there too at the time. As i said earlier, it could not be taking into account the repeated appearance of the game that day.

The overall tracker list goes entry by entry. Every one entered manually with all information as they appear, whether once or several times as I've done with nearly every flash title in the sale.
When I finally had to sleep, I had Hyper and moonshineshadow covering for me. And they did the exact same thing, all the way down to being kind enough to type it all out in the exact same weird formatting as I did.

The script pulls the data from GOG's side, i.e. every game that takes a spot on the front page gets recorded with a tamp stamp (bundles included). There are no records of repeat appearances.
We then use the data pulled and built the lists posted in this thread.

You can also check all the discussions hat took place at the time and later to see for yourself that there are no further mentions of it after the initial appearance.

I wonder if the sale will liven up today, it would be rather dull if it went on like this for another week. Perhaps a few sacrifices to the GOG bear would bring us more fortune. :-)
Good morning to the freshly arrived, glad to see someone thought of bringing some coffee. :-)
Good afternoon. I heard that I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream has a lot of game-breaking bugs is it true? How bad is it?

At this point, I'm inclined to think that if Theodore had planned and run this sale it'd have been more lively. :-)

I never really encountered any bugs when I played it recently, and definitely no game-breaking bugs. There is a slight bug with saving/loading as one of the characters, but it is easily fixed and did not break the game for me at all. There is some information on the save bug in the game's sub-forum.

I'm thinking the GOG staff have gone on vacation. They stick a slow paced sale up and just leave it on auto while they all go on the staff holiday. That's why there are usually no new releases during these sales. :-)

I saw a let's play on youtube during fall sale and that guy claimed that it's incredibly easy to die and that the game crashes at times. Maybe he was on non-GOG version of the game.

Thanks for clearing that up.

Well you can die, a lot, but that is less of a bug and more a feature of the game (some characters can die more than others, due to their settings). I played the GOG version and apart from the save bug I mentioned, I had no problems at all, and no crashes that I can remember. It's a very nice classic point-and-click game with a more adult storyline. For the sale price, it is definitely worth it if you like darker topics and point-and-click games.
AoW3 $0.40 cheaper now than on Day 1? Whatever, GOG, whatever... :)
