Need some help guys. So Legend of Heroes is £6.39 which is great but not instabuy. However Banished is only £5.09, and Shadowrun is £1.99 or £4.79 depending on which edition you go for...

So which is going to be the most worth it? What's the best game?

I love RPGs and city builders, and tactical RPGs are a particular favourite of mine... It's hard to choose, but as I'm a little hard on cash I'm probably only going to be able to afford one.

Ideas?

I'd go with Banished. It's clever, deep, realistic, and requires a lot of play just to get good at. Strong value for money.

That's okay. We can break the rest of the lamps so they'll be a matched broken set later on and all the mail was junk or bills anyway, so to hell with it. =)

Additional - quick heads-up, got a 404 Atlas bear while an order was processing. The game came through, but it's looking like the overall system is straining just a bit....

Hmm, that's difficult. Banished will probably give you the most for your worth considering it's open-ended (and there's a very major mod made for it -- Colonial Charter -- which expands the gameplay massively (and they're working on even more stuff for it).

Other than that, I know Dragonfall got good reviews and should be worth a good portion of time. Legend of Heroes I'm considering myself, so can't really say.
