CarrionCrow: No you are not. =)

Stilton: Gotcha. Well, please do throw a bottle, but make sure its full with a decent whiskey first. I'd hate to get hit by gin or rum.
Understandable. But alas, all I can throw at you here is gift codes. Trying to share whiskey over the internet just leads to sparking modems. -laughs-

Could be a blessing in disguise - no modem, no forty minute timer. And then you could drink the whiskey yourself! (you'd have to use the gin or rum to take out the modem, of course).

That would be bad....I'd need the whiskey. And the gin. And the rum. Missing a sale is bad enough, but having no internet at all? That's climb the walls time.

I agree, but there was a time I recall, long, long ago, when I existed without a keyboard and eyestrain. It would be nice to simplify from time to time.

Hmm. Eyestrain's always been a given for me. And I've always liked typing. But yes, simplification is a good thing when you can manage to do it.

Stilton: Go on, click on my avatar and sing Deck the halls...
avatar
CarrionCrow: -laughs- I wouldn't sing that even if I wasn't annoyed. =)
Instead of singing Deck the halls, click my avatar and imagine its a scene from an historical version of Hitchcock's The Birds where all the crows, seagulls and sparrows ignore Hitch repeatedly yelling 'CUT!' and let nature take its course on the cast and crew. Kind of High Anxiety on steroids.

Makes ya want a copy of http://www.gog.com/game/american_mcgees_grimm, doesn't it?

Thank you very much for the gift! You needn't have done that, I wasn't fishing there, just agreeing on "Xmas spirit". ;)
When I saw the PM I was hoping it wasn't a copy of Grimm. :O

So sad now - I'll take some good whiskey any day. (Especially now that I'm feeling better!)

And it would be better than watching a teenage cousin try to do all of the Christmas decorating at my in-laws' home by himself.... *wry grin*

Hi penumbren. Glad you're feeling better ;-)

Stilton: Hi penumbren. Glad you're feeling better ;-)
Heya! Much better... and I suppose watching the cousin decorate is more outright entertaining than anything else I've had the opportunity to watch over the last week. :D

I can imagine it. More enthusiasm than restraint, with the end result being Christmas themed, but slightly...different.

There's a thought. Came up with a different idea, though.
When you have a moment, feel free to check your PM's.

And you as well, please? (Also, didn't know you were feeling poorly, but it's good that you're in better shape now. =) )
