CarrionCrow: Understandable. Some people are not big on waiting. I'm just bad when it comes to impulse. (At least when it comes to GOG.) Someone mentions something offhand and the urge pops up. 45 seconds (if that) from thought to codes in a person's message box. -laughs-
*puts Crow to the test*

Man, the slow pace of the sale, just makes me crave for a good racing game. None has come up in the Flash Deals, but I do have the urge to go on a racing spree, and this one partakes in the regular sale. :-D

That reminds me, that I could play POD again, one the first games I played.

ddickinson: That sounds like a threat to me! What exactly do you mean by me not knowing what I signed up for?
I assume that didn't go through the threads of previous years before entering this year's Secret Santa event, did you? ;-)

Uh huh....Does that come in a gift code from GOG? No? Well then....-laughs-
Might be for the best in some ways that I don't have just ridiculous amounts of money. Otherwise, I would be gifting stuff like that.

No I did not. Care to enlighten me? Or do I have to go digging in the catacombs of the dead threads of GOG?

I think it is just a reference that many Secret Santas gifted many games and not only one :D

I'm guilty of that myself with my Secret Santa this year. Luckily I only posted a few games for my wishlist and not my whole wishlist.

I think that this early sale will increase the number of gifts for certain :D I at least always had this "ah I can't buy this game for myself since it is on my wishlist, so I'll just buy one more for my giftee" and repeat and repeat :D

Hmm... is this a no then? Ah well, it was worth a shot. (^‿◕)

Well, it is a slow evening, so perhaps it wouldn't be a bad idea. :-)

Actually no, I'm referring to the after-party, and to the party after the after-party. Is this your first year too?

Hang onto it. If I ever win the lottery (or rob that bank and actually get away with it), I'll get you one. Promise. =)

Ah ok :-) Yes it is my first year, the last two years I was not that active on the forums because of limited time, so I did not join and before I felt I was too new :-)

foxworks: Isn't that the planned DLC for the paint sim?
avatar
Grargar: Well, there is already Paint Dry Simulator 2014, but since GOG doesn't have it, we'll have to do with something else.
How does it rank next to the Bread, Rock, Tree (hell where is the Paper sim) and Goat sims? :P
avatar
donsanderson: Okey Dokey. ;)
avatar
CarrionCrow: Well, I also just took stock of how many titles I need to finish off all the open series I have. 38 and counting....really didn't think it'd be that bad.
It helps most of the indie games are stuck at No.1 of a series (even if that....LoG except ;) )
avatar
Niggles: Shovel knight is turning into indie version of Arx Fatalis...don't think it's had a discount since launch imho ?;)
avatar
Grargar: It didn't have a discount, but please, don't compare it with Arx Nosalis just yet.
*whoooosh* -_-

I have a lot more old games on my list than independents. Also, more than a bit of the 38 I mentioned are DLC when it comes to being part of an independent game, rather than real sequels.
A food refuel and I'm ready for more. Any new developments in the last hour or so?
