CarrionCrow: Well, Shadowrun Returns is a decent game, in my opinion. BUT. If you only choose one, I'd pick Dragonfall hands-down. It's superior in every way. (Just bought it a bit ago, in case that serves as additional insight.)

Also, did you like the first game's story? How was the gameplay, good enough or so-so?
You're welcome. =) Not sure about character importing, it might be possible, but I do know that Dragonfall has enough content that whatever you choose to play, they end up pretty frigging strong by the end. (If that matters.)
I did like the first game's story because to me it felt like an introduction to the kinds of extremely weird crap you can run into in the world of Shadowrun.
The gameplay was serviceable in the first game, improved in the second, and from what I've read they did a serious combat interface revamp with the Director's Cut. (haven't gotten to run through that yet but looking forward to it)

I've enhanced my script a little - it should now also capture the bundles (in all the currencies, of course).

I won't be doing anything to handle the special AoW3 offer; I'm sure you guys can manage that ;)

No, you start fresh, different characters (including you) different story. And i have to say, the first game is great, perhaps the 2nd one is so good that makes the first one look awfull because i don't get the hating, i really enjoyed the game, my only complain is the 2nd arc of the story, the first arc had this futurist noir detective thing going, the 2nd part just ruins it. But that's my personal opinion, not sure if it's also a major complain.

Edit: Before someone slaps me in the head, i'm not sure if your character is the same as the previous one (unfortunately i only play the first mission, tutorial) but you don't have the same stuff from the previous game. I think there's a way but that would break the game since your character would be overpowered.

It's my agony that is halved by recommending this game. I have the same deal with the Devil - I get my (eternal) sentence in Hell halved for every additional person I lure there. ;)

I think that "30 FLASH DEALS EVERY HOUR" is a bit misleading. It's the exact same concept as the Fall Sale, and there are not even 30 deals live at any given time.

I guess that just striking the word "Fall" out and replacing it with "Winter" is damn fitting, if you think about it.
Which now begs the question - why exactly did we need the exact same sale so soon after the previous one?
All hopes for something fresh for the Winter Sale crushed.

I do wonder though it that "48-hour FROST FLASH FRENZY!" indicates that the Flash Deals will end in two days and be hopefully replaced with something we haven't seen before on GOG, or that we'll be left only with the bundle deals till Dec 15.
