Russonc: Oh, is that what "Hatoful means" hehe.... should have googled that !
If you had, you'd have found that it isn't the intended meaning, although it makes about as much sense in English.

There is someone who can give me a list of all games every day please?.

but.....

what if I pickup Divinity Original Sin or some other game now, then GOG does a CHRISTMAS sale on top of winter and fall, and whatever gets picked up is cheaper by the 3rd sale? Is that the trick? Will each sale offer progressively more discounts?!! gahh!! the paranoia. It's always super annoying to get something then within the next week it gets priced substantially cheaper. Unavoidable risk sometimes I guess. But I bet there will be Christmas sale. I'd be surprised if they didn't do one. I wonder what it will look like?

No games are unlikely to be cheaper during whatever passes for a xmas/new year sale - that will probably be after xmas i guess...

omega64: Damn, I wanted to get Blackwell epiphany since I recently played the Blackwell bundle. >_<
Of course it went on flash sale while I was sleeping.
I hope it's one of the repeating deals.
It'll return in 31 minutes from now. :)

You've had some great bundles in this sale, GOG. The Prince of Persia bundle, now the Horror FMV bundle, and of course the superb Anomaly bundle with new titles added. Vastly better sale than the recent Fall one, and kudos for spicing things up with these unexpected additions.
My finish up my horror selections with the rest of the FMV Horror Bundle (already grabbed 1/2 of it during the Fall sale).

If you're not going to play a game for a while then it's safe to wait because in most cases titles will be cheaper later. Once a title reachers 70%+ (such as with the bundles) that's a very good price not likely to be beaten anytime soon.

GOG has been surprisingly good about not repeatedly putting titles on sale at progressive discounts within a short duration. Discounts of 50% off or below are more standard (most non-flash sale games are 50% off in every seasonal sale) and you can certainly do better if willing to wait months. Original Sin specifically is likely to hold it's price for a few more months based on what we saw with same studio's Dragon Commander (which is just now reaching 80% off flash sale).

I think the best luck you'll have with GOG sales is when they have their mutator or pot of gold style sales where you blind buy titles in grab bag fashion; for example play $2 for a random title (so trash and some epic). I've seen gems like Gods Will Be Watching SE, Banished, Unrest SE, Last Federation, Tower of Guns, etc for $2 each but there were also so less stellar/new gambles (like the Alien Shooter games, Cannon Fodder 2, etc).

Matruchus: Anybody noticed that Witcher 3 release has been postponed till May 2015 now.

moonshineshadow: Yeah there was a thread about that a few days ago, let me see if I can find it.

[edit] found it:

Something of mixed news. Perhaps by the time it comes out I'll own a computer than can properly run it.
low rated
I stopped by to take a look at the weekend sale andl this winter sale thing is still on. There are some nice bundles I guess, but I already got what I wanted during the fall promo - which was exactly like this one. Or are there any new bundles? Can't remember the "FMV" one. But I generally avoid bundles because they tend to bloat the library.

The "Flash Sale" promotion thing is getting really old, it's just a way to artificially boost the count of site visitors. But nobody but some losers with no life check the site multiple times a day to see if something on their wishlist is in the flash deals. So basically this sale is just most of the catalogue 50% off. Meh.

So instead of this "Flash Sale" silliness going on for weeks and weeks, I think a week of continuous deep sales would be a much better choice.

That's awfully abrasive. I'm certain there are plenty of people that would find this statement insulting. ;)
I just noticed that when you are using the EUR currency, some of the discounts are lower than in USD. When it happens, it's a small difference (1 or 2 %). For example, I saw Legend of Grimrock 2 which was at 25% off at the beginning of the sale in the flash sales, and now is at 24% off. And some of the 50% off games of the catalog are now at 48% off.
Is this normal ? Is this a bug ?

More than probably, yes.
