Lemon_Curry: There is although I somehow doubt that the LucasArts games will be on sale so soon after the official release but then again I never expected to see them here in the first place. I too hope to see Knights of the Old Republic appear on sale though I really wouldn't mind having it bundled with the other Star Wars releases. :)
Probably right. Didn't buy it when first released because I had a copy on CD. Should have made sure it actually worked. Tried again last night to get it to work but everything that everybody else does to make it work doesn't seem to work for me. :(

Gonna be really upset if it goes on sale while I can't get it like at work ... last time there was a big sale I tried to buy something with my phone, and the website wouldn't let me sign in on my phone. Emailed GOG and their response was that their site wasn't optimized for phones.

EDIT: Never mind last comment. It's old information and you can access your account from a phone. Somehow I missed the website update. Not sure I'd call it "optimized" but at least it works.

Not optimized for phones seriously? That's what the big revamp of the website was supposed to be all about - to be more mobile friendly. Really funny.

You mean, like recently? This was a year ago I tried. Checking now ....

SIGH! Should have checked before opening my big mouth. It works fine.

Well, the good news is that if they do put the game on sale, I'll be able to get it. Thanks for the info. Not sure how I missed that minor bit.

I remember quite a while ago, one company presented their new and improved whatever they called. The guy doing the presentation was showing all the nice features and so on, when suddenly a guy in back asked:

Can you also use it too make phone calls?

The poor guy in front could't answer the question, he didn't know!!

And it was presented as a telephone!!

Same goes for battery life/standby times: Hey a good TELEPHONE you can have like 5 days on standby, what about those new so-called phones? How many minutes can you use it?

A lot of people seem to have another opinion about that and GOG simply acknowledges that. As long as that doesn't mean that the website doesn't work on PCs I don't see the problem with that at all.

"AGE OF WONDERS 3 DELUXE EDITION" is now on flash sale and it costs less than it did on the special day #1 sale three days ago (it was $15.29 back then, if I remember correctly, now it's $14.89). Not a big difference, but still not very nice.

I agree, I just saw this now myself. Your recollection of the price is correct. Not much difference but I bought it the first day of the sale. Definitely not cool, if this was deliberate then it will change how I will approach these sales in the future.

I doubt it's deliberate. It seems like a rounding mistake, where one sale rounded down to 66% and the other up to 67%.

Aggggh... if only I'd waited half a week I could have saved 0.40 cents on the packed Age of Wonders III deluxe edition!!!
