On 1920x1080 screen it has no borders in those modes (ROTATE R, ROTATE L)

Do you mean the game stretches to fit the screen rather than keeping it's aspect ratio?

Edit: I might have been a bit unclear, I'm asking about the game running vertically on a horizontal monitor.

You've got to be kidding me! I just bought Blackwell Epiphany and Shadow Warrior during the Steam sale and now they're cheaper here. I would have preferred to get them here but neither of them were in the last sale (at least not as a flash sale). Banished is mocking me as well. It's in the flash sale but refuses to hit the $5 price point that I'm willing to pay for it.

Woah, gotta say, those are some pretty sweet deals!

Outlast 80% off, Shadow Warrior '13 90% off, Deadly Premonition 90% off.
If you don't own these, get them! The first two are among last year's most epically awesome releases and the latter is an interesting, if flawed, title. But definitely worth the current asking price!

Yes. It's everything Crosmando makes it out to be in his review. And the writing is some of the most laughable drivel I've ever come across in a video game. It's "All your base are belong to us"-level writing dressed up as 2deep4u prose. Dreadful stuff, avoid!

That's too bad. I'd really enjoyed the atmosphere of the first game. But at least Outlast was pretty good. I hope GOG can get the sequel to that game!

I have to admit that I didn't like the original Amnesia as much as most people, mostly because the rather generic spooky castle location failed to resonate with me. In that regard, AMFP felt like an improvement, but it ultimately falls flat because it never manages to convey any real feeling of menace.

Huh, didn't know a sequel to Outlast is in the works, thanks for letting me know! I hope they'll come up with something good, the Whistleblower DLC felt too much like a tired retread and I'd like to see the series try something new.

Yeah, the Whistleblower DLC/Expansion wasn't anything really "new" gameplay-wise, but it did give some more background about the original story.

ah, ok, then there are black borders... there is a mode which "should" stretch to the sides, but it works only for 4:3 aspect ratio screens...

Are they still working on DLC and extra stuff for Age of Wonders 3? Just so that whether I would go ahead with it now, or wait for the "definite" GOTY Gold Championship edition with even more content?

Huh, well after searching through this thread, I'm glad that I'm not the only one having trouble with the free Age of Wonders game giveaway. 15+ hours and counting so far, yet no email nor has it been added to my account.
