Grrr, I'd want the Gothic games and the Settlers games for at least 70% off, but no sign yet. Maybe they'll appear in bundles though...

Exoanthrope: I just don't understand how things like that can happen. I mean, I've been playing games like Doom since the very impressionable age of 10 and never thought of doing anything like Columbine. In fact, I'm a complete pacifist who hates confrontation of any kind. What's the difference that makes some people cross the line between fiction and reality like that?
I think violence related to acts of passion or in the commission of another crime can be committed by any kind of person, assuming certain life circumstances.

The premeditated, random stuff has to be related to brain chemistry to some degree. Most of us would just never be capable at all...

Nah, I'm not counting on freebies in this sale. I went tot bed halfway through 'round 1' and I was merely curious if there were any deals you would consider extraordinary that I missed.
