bernstein82: Interesting... Here is a quick analysis for strategy+rpg (116 of 272 gams in your list):
- [...]
Note, that the games i mentioned are the only ones for more than $10 that were made before 2013/2014

madth3: I assume those are original non sale prices. Just taking the four biggest entries shows a clear picture of the new averages, I think. ...
Yes quite correct. $6 for games older than 11 years, $10 for games from 11 to a few years old, $15/20 for newer releases. (Note i made a few edits in my original post adding info.)

Man, I'm not REALLY complaining, but I'm sort of surprised they (GoG) don't do something a little more... exciting(?) suspenseful(?) on Saturdays...
I mean, weekend and all? Us 9-5ers are all off etc?

Am I crazy or what? Wait, don't bother answering that....
Sorry, but how many times has Omerta : Japan DLC come up in the rotation?
I have been waiting to see it back in rotation but it and Omerta appear to have vanished. Were they only for a limited time?

What I can say for sure is that, tomorrow, they will have some flash knowledge contests and maybe the surprise you are awaiting for. After all, tomorrow in 29 June 13:00 (GMT+0), the last day of the sale will commence and will be concluded in 30 June 13:00 (GMT+0).

Just once, along with the free Omerta.

Thank-you, that is what I thought. Hopefully it might crop up in tomorrows final flurry.
Not that it is that important, I have another two games on the go currently so it will be a while (possibly Christmas) before I would get around to it anyway.

The Baldur's Gate are the "Enhanced Editions" which are not exactly the old versions of 1998 and 2002. Also they appear as $20 and $25 for me, respectively.

Incidentally, they are in a 75% discount for the next seven hours.

Regional pricing is at work. For me, they are €14 ($19) and €23 ($31), respectively.

Those steam prices are tempting me. I barely played BG in the past, have the regular versions from GamersGate iirc, but am wondering if the EEs are worth the $.
aren't the EE editions cack? I thought the original editions with community patches are the best versions?

Before they went into offer at Steam I took a dive into the EE vs original+mods threads. Since it seems there is not a clear answer and I have bought more games than I should already, I decided not to buy any edition for the time being.
It's only me or they reduced Banished discount both on steam and here ?

You know what?
Maybe, but some of the comments I've read that said so were also very quick to hate the EE editions in subjetive ways that made me wonder if they would have reacted that way to anything but the originals.

Also, it seems that the first versions of the EE editions were buggy and are still being punished for that.

No change here. It's been 50% all along.
Don't know what you mean by "Steam".
