IAmSinistar: I hope it will, given the large number of requests for it. It seems possible, given how quickly two of the four freebies have appeared. Either the remaining two will be spaced out more, or there will be a second wave.
I'm too lazy to scroll back, how do we know there will be four freebies?

skeletonbow: I've seen it happen too, took a screenshot and sent it to support last night, along with a list of the IP addresses the content came from (thanks to the Firefox IPvFox addon). Presumably one of the servers in their CDN is out of sync.

DiscipleJF: Could be. I thought "what!? No more sale!?"

Very strange to me. But alas, I believe I must retire. Absolutely shattered. Keep us all updated on any replies?
The page I got had "Lifeless Planet" as the backdrop and looked like the site did about a week and a half ago. It also had "Seven Cities of Gold" as one of the 5 featured games across the top listed as "OWNED" even though I do not own that game, and in the Top Sellers list below the same game showed up without the OWNED label, showing the price instead. Very odd. I did take a screenshot, I'll try to attach it to this message. If it doesn't show up, GOG's file attachment feature is broken as it failed me once earlier today as well.

Yep, they don't allow file attachments larger than 500kb now, and my desktop resolution is 2560x1600 and a JPG of that works out to 943kB so no screenshots for me in the GOG forums anymore I guess. :) I sent them a copy via email though so hopefully it's useful to them. If anyone else encounters the problem though, I recommend taking a screenshot with PrintScreen and pasting it into Paint or similar then saving it and submitting it to support after in hopes it helps them track down the rather obscure bug. It's probably one of those irritating rare hard to track down problems so hopefully they can collect enough data on it over time.

Try png instead of jpg.

txnca: Try png instead of jpg.
Unfortunately, GOG doesn't support png.

Ahhh...good point.

The original is PNG, which is significantly larger due to being lossless compression. :)

Try uploading to Imgur. Easy to use, tiny kilobytes, easy linking.
Seems that png files can be uploaded as attachments.

Then when in paint or whatever program you are using, change the compression from about 80% to 60 or even 50%.

Strange. I'm pretty sure GOG didn't use to support png files, which is why I was always saving them as jpgs instead of the default png. Oh well...

I looked for an option like that and couldn't find one. Could have used GIMP instead now that I think of it but I'm lazy. :)

Also... apologies to those with postage stamp sized display resolutions... sorry. :)
