Get it. I picked it up during Insomnia and I actually don't even like Tower Defense games. The setting for this one, and the fact that the TD fit in so organically had me less worried about grabbing it. The combat is a bit clunky at times (just go slow and measure your clicks - it's not a mouse masher - in fact you get a better result if you DON'T - think Witcher), but deep. And the tower defense doesn't even feel like TD - you're setting up traps and shaping your "homestead" to best defeat the attackers.

Again, I loved every minute of it. It has a few flaws and could be a bit tough at times but I was having too much fun to pay attention to that.

Did anyone get an Omerta gift code? I tried a couple times, but no email or entry in My Gifts. If it doesn't work, then the next freebie is wasted on me, as I already have this one. Would be nice to pick up a spare code for folks who miss it though.

Omerta and Still Life 2 are both new to the flash sales. This can't be a coincidence. Which gives a lot of hope for people who want to get Banished for free.

I don't think that you can get a gift code if you didn't already have the game before it went live as a freebie. Should work for Still Life 2.

The freebie games are added direct to your game shelf and an email notification/receipt sent out. No gift codes anymore I don't think.
