Careful with GG (affectionately known as GlitchGate). They are not DRM-free across the board, so you need to check the game card to see what the DRM status is. Also, they include the unhelpful status "Other DRM" on some games, which can range from something as simple as a CD-registration key, up to something as sinister as the BBC's TV Detector Van sweeping your neighborhood.

EDIT: Hmm, Master of Orion 3 again. Tempting to finish the set, but it has such terrible reviews. Even the alien on the game's page looks unhappy to be there.
