Yep according to the first post in this thread Age Of Wonders 3 Deluxe Edition $29.99 ($44.99) [33% OFF] is how it appeared with the first time.

If you look close, you'll notice that there are no fixed discount rates that apply to all and every single game in the flash deals.

Is that really so, I can't seem to recall any games having different discount rates on the flash sales but then again I haven't really checked on all of them.

The discount rate varies between 33% (lowest - Age of Wonders 3 - Deluxe Edition) and 90% (highest - more than one game).
Nth remarkable really, depends on the agreements made for the flash deals.

Oh, now I understand what you're saying I thought you meant that the same game is appearing with different discount percentages in the flash sales I misunderstood the information in your original post.
