Drakeer: This summer sale was awesome, congrats gog.com team! :-D

On other news, can I ask for the background of today sales to put as a new wallpaper for my computer?

I wouldn't mind to have a gog.com logo in a corner of the image.

korell: Hmm, it is possible that I mixed it up with another sale, but I'm sure i saw the games as a bundle and not separately. Maybe it was the Steam Summer Sale where I saw it?
Is this what you saw?

This has been pretty sweet sale. Got myself 18 games in my collection, 1 was free (Still Life 2). Maybe couple more tomorrow. Maybe Broken Sword bundle..

GOG.com: That's right - all 30 special packs up for grabs simultaneously, with up to 90% off discount. You haven't seen that coming, now have you?!
You know, we sorta kinda did...
Frankly I'm glad it's over; I'd like to get back to seeing some new releases.

I think it might have been this one.

I thought the sale was pretty good. It was a bit slow at times with the repeating flash deals, but I managed to grab quite a few awesome games, and the bundles were really nice as well.

Your sarcasm metre needs calibrating.

The challenges will be popping out irregularly through the whole finale, across our Twitter and Facebook

DeMignon: Meh, not that there's a loyal forum community :-/
I think that the forums in their current incarnation are not the best tool for this as we would be reloading pages and hitting the servers. Twitter and FB are better structured for this kind od massive announcements. Maybe in the future, better forums or the Galaxy client could be options for this contests.
Awesome sale! I bought more games during this sale than I probably have in the past two years. Thanks GOG!. Now I just need to build a time machine in order to be able to play them all.

Can't help you with that, I neither follow nor care about Steam sales.

Have a great summer everyone!
IMHO, a better sale than Steam´s sale : ) (so I hope next season sales would be similar, please!)

And thank you for the freebies! (I only catch the attention about Omerta, but what were the other two games? :o)
