With 700+ games discounted up to 90% off, daily special Bundle Deals, a constant stream of exciting Flash Sales, and some fantastic surprise giveaways, we launch into the season of gaming joy!

The biggest celebration of DRM-Free gaming this season is right now, right here on GOG.com! It's warm and nice outside, the summer draws ever closer, so let's make sure it's full of fantastic games. There's no one good way to spend your summer, but we know well that gaming can make every single one of them better. So, whether you plan to stay inside, hike into the wilderness, or take a boat into the calm sea, we'll make sure your laptop is filled with great DRM-Free games you can enjoy anytime, anywhere. To that end, we're holding our [url=http://www.gog.com]2014 DRM-Free Summer Sale!

Each day we'll present you with at least two special Bundle Deals with a selection of of great classics and indies available up to 90% off! As usual, you'll be able to buy just selected titles out of the bundle with a slightly lower discount, or complete your collection with just the ones you're missing, retaining the higher discount rate. Let's take a look at our offers for today, shall we?

Today, we seriously mix things up to bring you both lighthearted comedy as well as dark and morbid horror. The Legacy of Kain Saga is the Full House of gaming with its family themes and colorful presentation. Across four episodes ironically titled Soul Reaver, Soul Reaver 2, Blood Omen 2, and Defiance the series explores the relation between Kain, a authoritative father with obvious god complex, and Raziel, his rebellious son with questionable fashion sense. The story also includes many of their relatives from extended family, that cannot help but to make a mess in their imaginary homeland called Nosgoth. Hilarity ensues! All this cheerful moments for only $5.96 (that's 75% off!). The other of our offers today, is bound to chill the blood in your veins with its terrifying setting alone. The Deponia Complete Trilogy takes place on a distant planet. A planet, that long ago must have been not so different from our own Earth. Yet now, it is a grim and dark place that suffered a tragic environmental disaster. The surface of the planet is now completely covered with waste. Toxic rain flushes the pollution deep into the ground, poisoning it and making the land barren. Way above, there's the remaining enclave of civilization, housing the remnant of the human race. Now imagine one of them, a defenseless girl, falls down to the toxic junkyard below. Even though she doesn't die instantly poisoned with every imaginable toxin, her future looks grim. The wasteland is filled with danger, and soon she'll find out that she is not alone among the towering piles of garbage. What strange mutated monsters could have survived in such conditions? And what do they eat? The horror! All the thrills for just $11.97 (that's 80% off!). There you have it, a mix of laughter and cries of despair to fill your weekend with gripping gaming. Or did we overdo the mixing?

On top of that, almost all of our catalog has been discounted by up to 50%. On top of that, our front page is overflowing with excellent Flash Sales on single games. You can grab them up to 90% as well, but don't take to long, as they come and go pretty fast! Why don't you head out to GOG.com front page, and see what's happening right NOW!

Original unsorted list courtesy of http://birdiesoft.dk/summersale.php

Jack Keane 2, Wizardry 8 are missing from the list so the script that snarfs the game sales must have a glitch or something BTW.
They're definitely on the list - are you saying they appeared since then? Considering it's my script, it'd be pretty important to know (so I can fix it)

Jack Keane 2: The Fire Within $4.49 ($29.99) [85% OFF] (Ends Fri, 13 Jun 2014 23:48:00 UTC)
Wizardry 8 $1.99 ($9.99) [80% OFF] (Ends Fri, 13 Jun 2014 19:36:00 UTC)

Thank you GOG thank you.

I just wish I could buy X-Com and Civilization games from you.

I see that there will be day 3 of the sales starting in 4 hours. Hopefully flash sales won't break or be erased again as after the first day. Hopefully they will add more games to the sale then and not just repeat them.

Hah, I'm getting lucky for once. I got up three hours ago and lo and behold, "Lone Survivor" had just appeared as a Flash sale. :-)

Also got "Botanicula". Had already noticed it before and checking reviews again it seemed like a very safe buy for me.

So the count rises to six games at about 12-13$. Very efficient :-)

tkullander: Awesome summer sale so for, got a hold of a couple of games which i should have bought a long time ago (Alpha Centauri, Eador Genesis, Red Baron) and a couple of "wild cards" (Expeditions: Conquistador, Miasmata, Fragile Alliance, Waking Mars, Penumbra and Wargame).

But to the question - does anybody know if the IL-2 Sturmovik have popped up on the flash sale so far? I'm finally getting a joystick, so I definitely need that one. :-)

EDIT: Sorry, found the list of the games that already been on flash sale. IL-2 Sturmovik was not there.
Now is your time to buy, flash sale for IL-2 Sturmovik is up now
Edit - just noticed you had replied, so you are well aware and have probably pulled the trigger, bought it and are downloading it as I type this

I only discovered GOG a while ago when I was searchon for their Outcast version (because of the fan made HD patch for it). Now I am a big fan and I thought I could save some money here.

Boy was I wrong. I could not resist the sale:
I bought Blackguards SE + DLC, Deadly Premonition, The Cat Lady, I have no mouth and I must scream, Another World 20th anniversary. If they had included the German Unreal version I would have bought this bundle too.

I don't know if I will find the time to actually PLAY them (and it took me about the whole day yesterday to get Deadly Premonition to run ;)) but now I have the possibility to do so - and without any DRM-hassle.

I am not quite sure if I should be happy to have saved so much money or angry because I have spent so much money I did not plan to spend ;) Anyway - THANK YOU, GOG!

I reloaded the page, copy and pasted it into the commandline in Linux, passing it through "sort" and pasted the results to the forum here, then while perusing it looking for other games I might be interested in, I happened to notice that some games I bought (Wizardry 8) or saw previously offered were missing from the list on the web page. I just noted those two, but there are possibly others. I also noticed a duplicate near the bottom there although I didn't mention that before. :)

I can confirm that both of those games are on the list now though. Also, there are a lot of duplicates now so I assume it's on purpose tracking every single flash sale and not just once per game so that seems more like an intentional feature now than what looked like a glitch at first. :)

Yes, that is exactly the point; whenever my script sees something that wasn't there before, it posts it to that list.

I have to assume something went wrong when you were copying the list, because with the way it's designed, it shouldn't be possible for you to only receive part of it.

AlienMind: Excellent choice sir. I wish I could wipe my memory to be able to play these again.

deonast: I hear that General Anesthetic the type where they knock you out for surgery can have short term and sometimes longer term memory impacts,...
No thanks, sounds to me like fixing electronics with a wrench.. By throwing it into it. :D

Im not sure if Myst games will be discounted. It does not seem so at the moment. But will cross fingers that they do.

Im waiting for Banished myself - hopefully it will be in a flash sale.
