The biggest celebration of DRM-Free gaming this season is right now, right here on GOG.com! It's warm and nice outside, the summer draws ever closer, so let's make sure it's full of fantastic games. There's no one good way to spend your summer, but we know well that gaming can make every single one of them better. So, whether you plan to stay inside, hike into the wilderness, or take a boat into the calm sea, we'll make sure your laptop is filled with great DRM-Free games you can enjoy anytime, anywhere. To that end, we're holding our [url=http://www.gog.com]2014 DRM-Free Summer Sale!

Each day we'll present you with at least two special Bundle Deals with a selection of of great classics and indies available up to 90% off! As usual, you'll be able to buy just selected titles out of the bundle with a slightly lower discount, or complete your collection with just the ones you're missing, retaining the higher discount rate. Let's take a look at our offers for today, shall we?

Today, we seriously mix things up to bring you both lighthearted comedy as well as dark and morbid horror. The Legacy of Kain Saga is the Full House of gaming with its family themes and colorful presentation. Across four episodes ironically titled Soul Reaver, Soul Reaver 2, Blood Omen 2, and Defiance the series explores the relation between Kain, a authoritative father with obvious god complex, and Raziel, his rebellious son with questionable fashion sense. The story also includes many of their relatives from extended family, that cannot help but to make a mess in their imaginary homeland called Nosgoth. Hilarity ensues! All this cheerful moments for only $5.96 (that's 75% off!). The other of our offers today, is bound to chill the blood in your veins with its terrifying setting alone. The Deponia Complete Trilogy takes place on a distant planet. A planet, that long ago must have been not so different from our own Earth. Yet now, it is a grim and dark place that suffered a tragic environmental disaster. The surface of the planet is now completely covered with waste. Toxic rain flushes the pollution deep into the ground, poisoning it and making the land barren. Way above, there's the remaining enclave of civilization, housing the remnant of the human race. Now imagine one of them, a defenseless girl, falls down to the toxic junkyard below. Even though she doesn't die instantly poisoned with every imaginable toxin, her future looks grim. The wasteland is filled with danger, and soon she'll find out that she is not alone among the towering piles of garbage. What strange mutated monsters could have survived in such conditions? And what do they eat? The horror! All the thrills for just $11.97 (that's 80% off!). There you have it, a mix of laughter and cries of despair to fill your weekend with gripping gaming. Or did we overdo the mixing?

On top of that, almost all of our catalog has been discounted by up to 50%. On top of that, our front page is overflowing with excellent Flash Sales on single games. You can grab them up to 90% as well, but don't take to long, as they come and go pretty fast! Why don't you head out to GOG.com front page, and see what's happening right NOW!

xenocidic: Will the old Sierra games make an appearance at all?
I wouldn't be surprised if the missing bundle is a sierra quest bundle.

GTA 5 preorder? :D

skeletonbow: BWAAAAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

The moon will collide with the Earth before that happens of course LOL But... I hereby will go on record as saying that if that happens whether it is tomorrow or any time between now and that game being out for 1 year, I will personally buy it at full price for myself, and buy 20 copies of it to give away in the forums or something if I can recover from the shock and bafflement that I'd experience. ;)

It would be about as far as Rockstar could revert their DRM stance from GTA4 as possible. :)
Pleeeeeeeeeese GOG you read what he said. Now make it happen. ;)
Sad thing to hear about many games not being sold GOG due to legal reasons. There's still a lot out there that need to come here. I don't really care much for the sales, I'd pay the full price for a game if I like it. So far I own everything I liked on this site so it's always good to bring in the new (old) stuff.

Anyways, these front page deals seem to only from for 100 or so games and keeps repeating itself. I thought the whole catalog would spin in it.

Lucasarts confirmed? XD
Still no extra sale for the Jap DLC for Omerta. Come on guys!
Holy crap, I'm getting gogbear'd here! What's happening, is there a flash freebie or something I'm not seeing?

HHHmmm be interesting to see what this new countdown reveals.
Ok, my prediction for the "something special is coming" thing tomorrow is that they will do an encore-like super blowout day where they put every single bundle deal for the whole promo sale all available for the entire day like they have done in the last 2 winter promos and last summer's promo, and possibly in years before I was paying attention. It would follow past history anyway. Plus, I think they will enhance that by having an all day long giveaway of at least one free game or perhaps even a few games. I'm going to further speculate the free game will be Banished, or if there is more than one, then Banished and Omerta City of Gangsters. The source of my prophecies I shall not reveal! :)

Of course I could totally be smoking crack too. If JMich makes any predictions or prophecies though and they differ from mine, then listen to him instead, his record is pretty bulletproof so far.

Oh, one more crazy prediction... If I'm wrong about the big announcement above, my second guess is that they're going to announce the addition of LucasArts to the GOG catalogue and all of the space combat games will show up tomorrow for 50% off all day. (X-Wing, Tie Fighter and their brethren). Yeah, I'm definitely smokin crack eh? :)
Just imagine if the countdown was leading to the half life 3 announcement... Id buy like four copies of that game.
The something special is probably an "all packages at the same time before Steam sale starts" thing.

Has anybody got all the Commandos? What are the language options for both Ammo pack and 2+3?

The game card pages show the language options for each game, presuming they're accurate.

LOL same thing happened to me and I immediately THOUGHT the exact same thing as well :)
How are the Commandos and Desperados games? Do they all have a windowed mode that can work on Windows 7 64-bit?

*snip*
Isn't your prediction just wishful thinking? :D

Looks like you want Banished really bad (for free of course)... :P

I love them, and I think the gog version fixed all the speed issues. They should work great. I was stupid enough to buy them and steam and they dont work well there. As for windowed mode im not srue.
