Just keep reminding yourself that it's just a game, I know it sounds lame but it works well for me during horror games or movies.

Well... I bet I could try this... but not just before going to bed... and if possible, not when there's no strong and reliable adult in the house with me :) (when I play, I'm totally "in" the game...)
Instead I've played "Under a Killing Moon" ; and I'm already stuck. Tex sees there is a stamp in his desk's drawer, but I can't see it ; so I can't take it. It's foolish. I loose patience :-|
Let's try another one... Kentucky Route Zero.

I don't feel much moved by horror movies ; but it's not the same with video games... because I'm an actor :-)

I try NOT to do that. If I'm paying to be scared...
:-)

But yeah, sometimes I chicken out and remind myself that it's just a game or movie.

I finally finished Escape Goat and fired up Escape Goat 2 - Mr. Sinister is entirely correct, 2 is better than 1 in every way.

I bought them both during the summer sale, but due to my extreme C.O.D. (Chronological Order Disorder), I haven't been able to play 2 until now.
