I'm sure that the first thing that comes to mind to say is the wrong thing to say, so instead I will ask - what works for you when you get these attacks? Do that and don't think about the request you sent. If it helps you to chat, reply back with whatever you feel like saying. I'll monitor this thread and reply back should it help you.

Alright... Let's try this talking thing... I'm just gonna rant a bit.
So this morning, I'm playing a game at 4AM, and suddenly get blasted by this horrible stench that makes me want to vomit. My inconsiderate asshole neighbors on the other side of the wall are smoking weed again. Every time they do, it stinks up my side of the house.
They have been pissing me the fuck off for weeks now with noise and smells, and this just made me break. I went into full panic, so I took my meds to knock myself out. Since waking up, tiny things keep triggering smaller panic attacks. My heart, breath, and mind have been racing almost all day.

What's that? You want a concussion? No problem, sir, let me grab my wooden hammer instead. ;-P

So is there anything that helps reducing those attacks beside your meds? Something that can calm you down?

No offense, but you are crazy ;-) I think I should stay away from your methods :D
