Once again debating whether to buy Sword of the Stars: The Pit Gold Edition, just so it stops showing as not owned in spite of having all the parts. I'm getting really sick of that.

Unfortunately, then anyone who bought a game at a lesser discount earlier would then feel wronged. Can't say I'd enjoy seeing all of the complaints for that come pouring into the boards...

Some of the game card pages have been slow loading for me, but the front page and forum loads just fine.

Looks like they are slowly fixing Juggernaut. It now shows that you need the base games to play. I'm guessing it was never intended to be a free upgrade, and hence why there were some problems with it. But if it does appear free later, that's fine too.

The question is: Would it even solve the problem? :D

Probably not, hence why I hold off every time. :)

Same could be said about people who just bought a game one day before the Big Fall Sale to realize it was highly discounted when they checked said game was part of the limited time sale, so with your logic the safe beat would be to not change the prices at all -_-;

I guess my perspective is that some people expect consistency *within* a sale. That's all.

Apparently it appeared on some folks' shelves, but without any downloadable content. So this led to speculation that it was a free add-on. GOG has reported having a number of problems adding it to the system, to the point where they needed to code a special solution for it, so its final form is still a mystery.

I'm holding off on buying it for now, in case it is meant to be free. Also, a purchase now while it's in flux is a bad idea.

Now, where did ddickinson left that straitjacket...
