Yes, that's my hope too. The game seems not to be without flaws, but the RTS/RPG mix looks promising. Bought.

The sale isn't bad. The pacing is bad. It's not paced well. At all. The sale itself is great, as all big GOG sales are. But the process of actually getting to what you want? Let's just say there are a hell of a lot worse formats than Insomnia, that's for sure.

Additional - With Fractured Soul, I'm now ever so close to upgrading from merely "collecting" games to "collecting the EVERLOVING CRAP out of some games". >=) Not to mention, unless I have a stroke or both my hands are cut off, getting to 500 by year's end will be a piece of cake. -laughs-

Looks like the Pidgeot-bot has fallen over, no new updates for a few Flash Deals yet. You take it for granted until it's gone. :)

Probably not. Of course it seems like once every two days some new game appears, but the chance for that to be one of the two you mentioned is tiny.

Gex is a little too new to be flashed quite yet. Not impossible though!

I completely agree. I'm used to checking in like every 15 minutes during a sale, and with this sale, nothing changes in 15 minutes.

I'm also at that point where I'm kind of moving from buying games I really want to buying games because they are available. I've already got all of the flash games that I really want - now I just have those maybes to contend with.

So I check in every 15 minutes and see nothing but the same batch of maybes.

Yeah, I keep hoping that Starpoint Gemini 2 will have some kind of sale, but that seems rather unlikely! :P

Would like to take a moment and call attention to the generosity of the viking bard Stilton. They have very kindly gifted me the last item from my flash sale list. I will devote the energy I was spending on waiting to wondering what the hell I'm still doing staring at the frigging clock. ;)
