Stilton: This truly is the most unlike a sale sale I've ever seen. Even the people who want to buy the games seem to be deserting. Don't GOG monitor this forum?

And that 40 minutes a game arrangement needs to go. Put them on for 10 minutes a pop, and so what if they come round more quickly - at least there would be some energy and people could get the games they want without playing this mind numbing game.
Yeah, 40 minutes is too long of a wait for the flash sales. But it is nice they changed it from the older versions where you could only see one flash sale at a time with those "insomnia" sales!

I don't know if its appealing because it will break the monotony or appealing because its appealing.

CarrionCrow: Pretty sure Judas is around quite a bit, but also pretty sure he has no say in how any of the sales are actually structured. Also, it would've been great to get an actual timeframe on the whole "new games" part of the flash sale.

Fuck it. Stilton? Don? Either of you have a game in mind? I feel like buying something, but I'd way rather grab something for cool people than grab a mediocre title to quench some boredom-fueled acquisition-crazy impulse.
Mark of the Ninja is catching my eye at the moment, but I think its more delirium than actually thinking I'd like it. If I do like it why didn't I grab it before?

All right, at the moment, I see four people. Iron, Wurzel, Don and Stilton. Any of you have a 5.99 game you'd like but have held off on for whatever reason? (Apologies for the lame cost addition, would be happy to grab people whatever if I had more coin to do so.)

I actually don't. I was eyeing Windforge out of pure boredom but it seems it's still too buggy to bother.

Yeah, Moby's good. Steam's also OK for more of your 'Average Joe' kind of reviews. I look at Metacritic a fair bit, too, and if I'm getting serious its onto YouTube.

I waited for a sale of Challenge of the Five Realms but it was just released so I guess I'll get it during the Christmas sale.
