Tekkaman-James: Okay, the unblinking eye of Sanitarium is starting to get to me. I may need to attempt to placate it by buying the game.

As there's no video on the game's page and I don't want to potentially spoil myself by looking something up on YouTube, can anyone here give me a rundown on what this game is like? It seems like a Point & Click, but the game is not categorized as such here. Am I wrong in my assumption?

Any thoughts at all would be appreciated. Thanks!
Gameplay is pretty straightforward point and lick affair (talking to characters, picking up and using items etc.), yes, although it has couple of stupid combat sequences. Those are short and don't have any consequences should you fail, so they are merely an annoyance. Sanitarium has really good atmosphere but is a bit frontloaded in terms of quality, later stages become less interesting and occasionally tedious. Still, if you want a creepy game it's a solid choice.

edit: gonna leave that typo since it's pretty funny

Love it. I'd give you a +1 for that, but I'm already doing so for your response. ^_^
Is anyone else slightly disappointed at the lack of '90s first-person shooters in the flash sales? I don't recall seeing any.

Which 90s FPS were you hoping would show up in the flash sales?

Well... none really. I think I have all of them. I just wanted them to get the attention that they deserve.

Fair enough, I only asked as I was curious to see what kind of FPS games you like. I agree with you that there does seem to be a shortage of 90s FPS games from the promo.

I love them all. If I had to pick a favorite... SS2 (but that is kinda cheating.) Of the "normal" FPS games, I especially love Blood and Unreal. I was also pleasantly surprised when I played Blake Stone for the first time a couple years ago.

I guess it's possible that there could be an "FPS Bundle". I could swear I've seen one here before.

There was an Unreal bundle recently, if I recall.
