katya_stevens: This War of Mine keeps looking at me longingly from the Humble store,
I'm curious, why would you prefer to buy TWoM from Humble store, not GOG?
Good day one and all!

I admire your staying power - when I went to bed 7-ish hours ago the state of play looked exactly like it does now, more or less. Do you think the GOG team have all gone on holiday and the tea lady is handling things?

Can't even call it that. It's a hell of a lot more like masochistic "collecting" impulse. And yes, it went pretty much completely dead in here after people went to bed. At this point, I'm just about ready to skip waiting for the last item on my list, grab it at 50 rather than 75 and call it a day on worrying about the flash side of the sale all together.

Well, its sleep and health first, chum - whatever drivel comes next can be put on the back burner.

Drivel! Oh, how low this sale has taken me....

I knew someone would be asking this (not annoyed, just expected to be asked). Humble's offering a Deluxe version with a number of things the GOG version doesn't seem to have. Mainly the soundtrack (I'm a sucker for a good sountrack) which isn't listed on the page here. It's the same price for me either way, though GOG does give me back some store credit for fair price policy.

katya_stevens: (Oh, and the stuff I said yesterday about Juggernaut replacing my empty space? Space is back and Juggernaut is gone.)
Katya, I had the same thing yesterday with Juggernaut, and now I've got an empty space on my shelves too (I keep looking at the floor thinking a game has fallen off). Did you try downloading it when it was there - was it actually active, or just a 'cover'?

Good morning, by the way ;-)

I'm an Insomnia person at heart. Sleep and health can take a back seat for a bit, so long as I'm not bored into a stupor.

I was so bored yesterday I resorted to counting my fingers for amusement. When I got to twelve I knew it was time for sleep...

The update flags on my library page are all over the place. A minute ago there were five, and now there's only one. And when I open my 'updated' games it doesn't tell me what's been updated...

I think my tea lady theory might be right.

Okay, that's bad....
Funny, no update flags at all showing on my library. But yeah, the whole flag/update thing has been halfway broken for a while now.

katya_stevens: SNIP.
Thanks for the answer. It may actually change my decision when it will come to buying This War...

It wasn't active, just a cover. Took a screenshot of it in case it disappeared (which it obviously did) and it had information on purchase date (11th Oct, same as SOTS - The Pit). No download link, no store page. Hopefully this means it'll pop up soon.

Good morning to you too :) Spending a little time here before I need to start my working day to see what's been going on. Wonder if there's going to be a shake-up of deals today.

Hope so. *bored to tears of the current deals*
3 hours until the half-way point. If things do get more interesting, I'd imagine that would be the time.

Good (insert time of day) everyone!
If anyone is unsure about getting Shelter, I would say go for it. Its short and perfectly formed and packs a fair punch at the end. My daughter played it (she's 12 years old and a bigger gamer than me) and loved it, which is a pretty good recommendation ;-)

Stilton, how did you manage to create a GOGwiki page with your wishlist... ? I can't create an account because registrations are disabled, and I can't contact an administrator because I must login for that... U__U

[EDIT] I love Shelter !! but I cant' stand to lose one of my babies, so I start again and again... :)
