Cossacks Anthology is up. 1.19, 80 percent off. Deus Ex GOTY to follow.
Cossacks was the last one I was after so it's bed time. Thanks for the company and see you all tomorrow.
Gonna sing myself to sleep now,
Wake me up before you.........
Just had to share this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f_rfXVdYelA - a longtime favorite, from a movie I never get tired of. (And after the Dumb & Dumber reference earlier, I feel much less silly for mentioning Bill & Ted. ;)

Yay! I will finally be able to see if all the raving about DE is worth it.

Thanks to you as well. Will say it one more time - that Wham comment? Solid frigging gold.
Take it easy and sleep well when you get there.

Like as in that awful '80s band?

*edit: What was their "big song?" It's bugging me now.

You know, I've never watched this movie. But I can see why you were reminded of this scene. ;-D

CarrionCrow: -shudders- It's like an audio postcard of just how much garbage came out when I was younger.

And a return salvo to you - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SCVKPaSzPVQ

After watching this one (about a dozen times), I'm renaming it to "Never put 'worst music ever' into Youtube".

Didn't you post this one earlier?

And one more!
I'm having a tough time pulling the trigger on anything this sale. So far, it's just been the Mount & Blade pack and Sanitarium. I've got a few maybe's ...

Maybe the Oddworlds.
Maybe Dreamfall.
Maybe Ascension.
Maybe Sacred 2.

I've either already got the game I really want, or they're not on sale. Hopefully tomorrow they shake things up a bit, otherwise this might be the most inexpensive GOG sale I've ever had.

Yeah, I did. Thought it'd gotten buried, and something that horrid deserves a day to fester in the sun. -laughs-
Also, let out an audible groan when I saw the title of the second.

And in return - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jorJh8DTMVM
Made sure to find one with lyrics, just in case you feel compelled to sing along. You're welcome. ;)

Their big song was Wake Me Up (Before You Go Go). Historical proof that people in the 80's did a LOT of drugs.

Well, can only speak personal opinion (of course), but I thought all the ones you just mentioned were worth purchasing. Two platformy-adventure games, one straight point-and-click, a beat 'em up with permadeath to boot, and an insanely massive hack and slash. Good variety in that combo, I think.
Just a cheers to penumbren for resisting our silliness and bushing and posting one of her favourites.

How about this one?

Only if you listen to this one after. They're like a matched set!

To answer your question from the other thread, played Bionic Dues a little bit. Interface was a bit complex, looks like it'll take a bit to get all the mechanics and tweaks down. But since I'm a sucker for giant robots with equally giant guns, I figured it was worth 2 dollars.
