genkicolleen: 10 AM. I have two autistic kids (17 and 20,) and usually it's the youngest (non-verbal) that keeps me up at night, but last night it was my eldest who shut down -- not sure why, poor thing was just a wreck last night.

Sooo, lack of sleep is baaaad. Luckily I can take a nap during the lunch hour ;D
I have a nephew (14 yrs) with autism. My sister and her husband have been out to a specialist place in Boston (or somewhere around there) a couple of times. I don't know exactly what kind of treatment it was, but its helped them out a bit.

Come on, downloader, you can do it. Only 17 more gigs to go. Yes, yes, I remember saying that 15 gigs ago, but more stuff came up! I swear, this'll be the last 17 gigs, just stop freezing every ten minutes!

I could say it'll keep me out of trouble or make it so I'm not filled with the impulse to do things like buying soccer games and giving them out to random people. But I'd be lying. -laughs- =)

Fun times. I remember putting an ice pack on my external drive so not to overheat while doing a lengthy stream of GOG downloads. :)

I have to do a lot of "bandwidth management" when these sales come along. I'm limited to 70GB per month, which isn't too bad, until you pick up a game like Tesla Effect that clocks in at 15GB. I'm now at the point that one of the criteria I use to pick games is download size.

I've got half of Tesla Effect downloaded, and I'll hold off on the rest until later in the month, when I've got a better handle on how much bandwidth I have left.

I'm sure they do. The animals here aren't exactly thrilled with it, either. Mainly because they don't get to go outside until it stops being obnoxiously frigid, no matter how much they beg. Tends to make them a little cranky.
