HypersomniacLive: ...
Yes, I was referring to the fact GOG revealed all the bundles mid way. I cant really remember much about the summer sale, but I seem to recall them leaving the bundles up for quite some time. At least these bundles now have a 24 hour timer.

I had a word with the Blues for you, I made them put The Journeyman Project 1: Pegasus Prime up next ;-).

Tekkaman-James: .... Rogue Legacy is the only one I kinda regret not picking up.

foxworks: That does look like a fun one. It looked similar to Ghosts and Goblins that got me interested in it.
Do you have Volgarr The Viking, by chance? That has Ghosts and Goblins' influence all over it.
Can anyone gen me up on these Journeyman Project games?

Do you like them, why? Don't you like them, why?

They look interesting to me, but the reviews (web wide) can be a little up and down.

Crewdroog: High five, me too.

stg83: Yeah, that is pretty much what I had in my mind as well. :)
had in mind? so it hasn't worked out that way? :)

Except G&G is easier! Feels crazy to say considering G&G's reputation.

No I don't have that one yet. It has been wish-listed and may need to check that out before sale's end. Thanks for that! :)

Nope, your memory is faulty on this - the bundles came in pairs and each pair was live for 24hrs only too; it's been GOG's typical bundle sale format for the past couple of years at least. Perhaps the encores is what makes you remember them being up for longer.

Did you really do a nice thing for me? ;-P

Now GOG has about five hours to bring out another title I may want so that I can make one transaction.

Off to make some coffee! See you all in a bit!

It has worked out fine but the big discount on Dreamfall certainly caught my attention although I dillydallied too much on whether to get it or not, since I haven't even gotten around to playing the Longest Journey yet. :)

Going to give you my incredibly in-depth reasoning behind why I'm going to buy that game in roughly 17 minutes - Heard of it in game magazines of long ago. Never got to check it out. Looked interested then. Getting a good feeling from it now, and that is more than enough to put it on my list.

Course, I'm one impulse away from buying 18 year old soccer games. Might want to take my review with a grain of salt.

yyahoo: I already have the others, but my faux OCD demands that I play a series in order, even if this one is more of a remake of the original. I skipped picking it up during the Summer Sale because it was "only" 50% off. Glad I waited now, looking forward to picking this one up.

CarrionCrow: You aren't the only one with that condition. Example - when I found out that Cat Lady had a prequel-type thing in Downfall, I had to retrieve that as well. Now they sit side-by-side on my desktop, patiently awaiting the time I'll stop being a spaz long enough to play through them both.
Oh, I don't have Downfall yet (you should see the shock on my face). I guess I'll need to hold off on Cat Lady too! :)

Great. Now there's another game on my watch list. :P

All kidding aside, thanks for the recommendation, sir.

As for Rogue Legacy, the main draw to me is the character traits of the various player characters. Playing a dungeon crawler as a colorblind warrior with Tourette's Syndrome sounds intriguing.

You don't have to since the original Downfall is now being offer free by the devs because they are now working on a remake. :)

The adventurer in me loved it. However, I only played the second of the trilogy. I was a bit lost since I hadn't played the first. But, I felt the story was fun and the game an immersive experience when playing with headphones :)
