I haven't missed any, per se. I have let a few go by in the hopes there will be something I want more appearing down the line. Rogue Legacy is the only one I kinda regret not picking up. Was going to grab it this morning, but it expired while I was checking my bank funds. Still, I'll just hope something better comes along and/or it shows up a third time. No worries.

CarrionCrow: Have you perchance heard of the game Nox?
avatar
AdamR: Yes. I bought it last year during the holiday sale. I love it.
Yeah, it's really, really good. Will continue thread love for Nox, since it's a really fun game.

AdamR: I haven't bought anything. I'm just here to hang out.
High five, me too.
Yay! Pegasus Prime coming! I missed it the first time around...
Love these big 80% off deals, been a member here for 2 and a half years and already have a huge library though slowed down in the past year, won't be long until I have nearly everything I want, saving money whilst collecting games is quite the addiction :)

foxworks: Well, I hope the sleepiness amounts to some rest. Wishful thinking, like this sale doing something....exciting.ヽ( ´¬`)ノ
I'm seriously thinking of trying to nap for a while - the slow pace at which the flash deals go by sure put a weight on my eyelids. ;-P
But I think that I'll have some coffee instead - don't want to jinx any night sleep that might be in the cards for me. ;-D

ddickinson: We can always hope that tomorrow will start with some new flash sale games and some new bundles. At least the current bundles are not here until the end of the sale like the last summer sale. They have the same 24 hour timers as the others, So with a week to go, it's possible a new batch of games will appear. Although it's not guaranteed, GOG does like to tease us. :-)

Have there been any games that caught your big blue eye so far in the current half of the sale?
Oops, almost missed your message (change of page for me).

What do you mean with the part I highlighted? Are you referring to the fact that GOG revealed all bundles to come about mid way? Apparently they made note of how boring people thought that was and changed things this time around. Even the Flash Deals are a bit different, though the pace is waaaay to slow.

My big blue eye is sleepy right now, everything on the front page blends together. ;-D

Now that there's hope for new games, I'm holding off to see what's still coming, as my budget is pretty limited this time. From what was revealed, I'm waiting for The Journeyman Project 1: Pegasus Prime to make another appearance, and perhaps Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee. I have a mild interest in a few other games (well, a stronger one in some, but pushed them back to the Winter Sale), but will wait to see if anything on my wishlist shows up.

That does look like a fun one. It looked similar to Ghosts and Goblins that got me interested in it.

foxworks: Yes, I'm starting to feel like Sinistar. :/

stg83: It is kind of amusing if you think about it, that when things stalled due to only one game keaning really hard in the insomnia promo everyone was in the tracker thread eagerly anticipating what would come next even it took up half their day. While here, there is also a chance of one or two new games popping from among the ones that are being recycled in the flash deals.

Yet there is no anticipation or excitement for a new flash deal from the collective keaning that is happening now. I guess its due to the fixed timer mostly, if the flash deals had a randomized timer then surely things would have been way more interesting :)
That's exactly why I kinda regret the last "insomnia" sales :) ... they were more exciting. More impulsive purchases. More everlasting waitings. More keaning kiddings on the forums... That was the good old days...

Same here. The other two in the series are the same price, so an impulse series buy isn't out of the question.

High five!
I was worried I was the only one. I was getting lonely.

The only game I'm looking to buy is Din's Curse (maybe, maybe) and that's only if it's on a good flash sale. Otherwise, I"m just here for the ride. And acting like a dork in the other thread. :)

I already have the others, but my faux OCD demands that I play a series in order, even if this one is more of a remake of the original. I skipped picking it up during the Summer Sale because it was "only" 50% off. Glad I waited now, looking forward to picking this one up.

Indeed the keaning brings out the worst puns which is always a whole lot of fun, I guess the lack of sleep makes everyone sort of loopy during the insomnia promos. :D

You aren't the only one with that condition. Example - when I found out that Cat Lady had a prequel-type thing in Downfall, I had to retrieve that as well. Now they sit side-by-side on my desktop, patiently awaiting the time I'll stop being a spaz long enough to play through them both.
