Section updated: Don't forget about your gamer friends that may not know GOG.com yet! Sadly, for the sake of unburdening what servers we have, we had to turn off the option for gifting free games. But you can always just let them know they can sign up with GOG.com and claim a free gift of Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics. On top of that, when they register to our service, they'll receive all the 12 free games we add to all the newly-created accounts. That way your friends will start their adventure with GOG.com with a collection of 15 great games total already on their virtual shelves! Be kind, share the good news! :-)

We'd also like to remind you, that all purchases on GOG.com are now covered with our new 30-day Worldwide Money Back Guarantee, so your holiday gaming shopping spree is safer than it ever was before.

TurnipSlayerr: All the voting bundles are completion bundles. You need to either purchase all the games which you don't have from the bundle to get the higher discount, or you will receive the standard discount.

If it makes any difference Spelunky is a fantastic game and I really recommend it! :)

gbaz69: It is BROKEN for the roguelikelike bundlelike. I tested it, I'm trying to buy just the games I don't own...
yet it keeps taking away the offer.
Want screen shots? ... all these errors probably from the sword of the stars the pit... your system that handles dlc has all ways been buggy!
There are indeed problems because of The Pit and the way we handle DLCs. We realised this late and we've done the best we can to minimise problems but if you purchased the standalone Gold Edition, not the base game + DLCs, then you'll have a problem completing the bundle. I know it's a hassle but please contact our support and we'll try and sort something for you. Here's the link for support: http://www.gog.com/support/contact/my_orders_and_payments

I'm actually glad that there's nothing for me in today's deals, i'm slowly starting to run low on "fun money". :D

You guys should of just kept the dlc seperate as their own games.
When you tried to make dlc its own special ... catagory/database, is where it gets all complicated.
O well you guys will figure it out... when I did buy the sword of the stars: the pit gold edition, I didn't get the base game ;(
By the way: Kudos to GOG.com for selling the Pit-DLCs seperately, and not just the entire Gold Edition - like you did when it was released. :P

*dodged a bullet. phew*. Seriously?.... but the card says it comes with the base game (or it did the last time i looked) :/

Ghorpm: My speculations turned out to be false :) It's not the entire Gold Edition that is discounted but the base game and DLCs separately. Cool!

EDIT: edited because the rules apparently changed ;)
Yup, and my wallet, which has remained untouched until today, just seemed to magically open and begin to empty, all by itself as a result!

Fesin: like you did when it was released. :P
Woot? The DLC was available seperate from the start, and I mean the "Gold Edition Upgrade".

Fictionvision: Click the red box that says complete this bundle. Same thing happened to me earlier and that fixed it when I went back and tried it. Be sure to clear your cart first.
It's not working for me either. I already have all the games in the bundle except for Spelunky so was going to pick it up. GOG.com home page shows "Complete this bundle for $4.49" click on the link and the price is 7.49 even though it still shows the roguelike bundle promotion with 70% off on the checkout page as the discount and the amount of the discount is only 50% as if I didn't own the full bundle.

Tried it the other way also, clicking on the roguelike bundle it shows all the games owned and checked off except spelunky and shows a price for spelunky as 4.49. The Check out now button also shows the 4.49 price, with a savings of 10.50; however, clicking on the checkout now button again takes me to the checkout page where spelunky is 7.49.
Hm, posts are relatively frequent here, could this be the Insomnia thread replacement?

Nah, just kidding, the Insomnia thread will never die..... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, but support sent me a code to redeem the base game. That was their temp fix until they fixed the dlc bugs.
Aside from the technical problems, I'm a little disappointed with the Roguelikelike bundle pricing in general, although my problem with it pertains specifically to me. I'm offered the SotS: The Pit Gold upgrade, the Mindgames DLC, Spelunky and Rogue Legacy for $11, which would be a fair deal, but I already have Rogue Legacy from the Humble Store, without which the bundle is still roughly the same price.

I don't doubt that Spelunky is worth the $7.50, but my backlog is too big to really justify paying it.

Ah, the pitfalls of spreading your game collection across multiple stores...

I meant that the DLCs weren't available sperately on sale when the Gold Edition arrived - the new Gold Edition was discounted, but when you had the base game already, the DLCs themselves weren't.

Ah, sale as in discount. Yeah, sorry, you are right.

Is there any confirmation of problems with the other purchase path? I had gotten The Pit, then later purchased the Mindgames DLC and when it was released the Gold Edition Upgrade DLC; and while it does show ownership for me on the bundle the pricing doesn't carry over to checkout.
I have a problem with this rogue-like bundle for sale.

I have some of the games on it.

It says "complete this order for 11.97"

when I click on that, it asks me to pay full price, 19.97 for the three games I don't currently have.

WTF?

I'd like to get the remaining three, but it's dicking me right now :\
