Bought the only game missing from the todays offers (incl. random box)
Carmageddon 2: Carpocalypse Now
Tomorrow its only the fun with the box :(
If the random gift generator will not select names on your wishlist... I will add all known random gift pool games to my wait list to access the secret hidden game... or maybe add all to wishlist but the one(s) I really want. [I doubt wishlist rumor is true]

mondo84: Aww I wish the Memorable Dungeons pack would win. The D&D games tend to go on sale for 75-80% off every few months, but the other pack has the Wizardry games and Stonekeep. Vote Memorable Dungeons!
I want the Memorable Dungeons pack too. Unfortunately, a lot of people will blindly vote for the D&D bundle even if they already own all of those games. It's a popularity contest.

I voted on it since I´ve seen many ask for these games even after they where on the final round in the Innsomnia sale so I do believe there are many people who still want to buy them, if I didn´t think that I would have voted for the other deal.
Heh, it's been 3 days in a row where the "Mystery Surprise" deal offered to me is a game I already own. I've got 220 or so titles in the GOG catalogue so the likelihood of a completely random game offer to me colliding with one I already own is quite high. I dunno if a bluecoat will read this and could respond or not but - is there any chance to get the mystery algorithm code hooked into one's existing game shelf and eliminate games already owned from the list? Or even better, have it offer you a random game from your own wishlist!

The sales so far have been for games I already own also, LOL I kind of got my hopes up that the mystery gift would surprise me with something I don't have, but I've come up unlucky so far. :) The only saving grace was that I really wanted the Fallout games before they disappeared from the catalogue and am quite grateful that they found their way into a super freebie promo of allmightiness! :)

Anyhow, looks like the D&D games will dominate tomorrow and I own all of them already too. LOL Nonetheless I'm glad to see them there because I know boatloads of others will be happy to see them on sale and pick them all up as I did last year, and many people missed out a few weeks ago so they'll have another chance at it.

Even though I've pulled up unlucky on the sale items so far I have to commend GOG for the format of this year's sale, I really like it a lot! Hope some of my most wanted wishlist items come up in the rotation soon though too! ;oP

Thanks for the great deals for everyone though GOG, and hope you all have a great holiday season!
Since so many are still posting about it, I can confirm that the surprise choice (at least the classic one) *can* give you a game that is on your wishlist - it happened to me yesterday and I was very surprised and happy about it. It is all the luck of the draw folks!

I can confirm this, wishlisted games can come up in the surprise box. I just bought something I wasn't planning on buying just because the offer was slightly too good and I haven't been spending much money on games lately. Now to find the time for playing!

I do have quite a bit more games than 220, and so far I'm 2 out of 3 owned. I hadn't bought Brutal Legend yet, and it was the offer on day 2.
Then again, I thin I'm missing 1 from the classics and 3 from the newer ones, but the games offered in both are very good, thus most people already have them.

Edit: took a look at the list thread, missing 2 from classics and ~12 from brave new world, plus shadow warrior from the random.

66% daily deal.... I can't help mentioning that the discount "Winter sale" so far are overshadowed by those that were available during Insomnia promo.

Indeed, I want to pick up Wizardry 6-8 and Stonekeep as well so I threw a vote in that one but there's no way it's going to win against the entire AD&D stack. LOL That's ok though, I'd rather see everyone who has been waiting for the D&D games to go on sale get a chance to pick up these fantastic games and enjoy them. I can wait for another day for my wishlist stragglers to come up again. ;oP

I wouldn't be that harsh on the voters. :) Certainly, there is probably more demand for the games in the D&D bundle, but I don't think people are "blindly" voting for it. Memorable Dungeons would have stood a fair chance, I believe, if Legend of Grimrock and Ultima Underworld 1-2 hadn't already been on sale as part of the Day 1 Recommended Deal. That kind of shot the Memorable Dungeons bundle in the foot, demand-wise.

Besides, like the classic Fallouts, there are still many people out there who don't own most - if not all - of the games in the D&D bundle. And more people still who own the disc version and are keen on buying them DRM-free. :)

However, I'm sorry that your preferred choice isn't the favourite at the moment, but there is still time for a turnabout, so let's stay motivated! No matter what the result, it's still a very fun sale, is it not? :)

nijuu: Ultraviolence pack is winning the vote :(

Has anyone actually bought anything yet?.
Nope, I will get some games for sure before the end of the deal, though. At least Battle Isle, Battle Kronos and Valdis. Interested in Spelunky too... And if there´s a good offer on some games of my wishlist, I will get them too.

Personally last two big sales (Black Friday and Insomnia) were too good, so I have too many unplayed games and a small wishlist, so I will either get the too awesome deals or the games I really want even more than those that I already own.

I just got one today that was on my list (SHELTER), so I'm not sure it really matters.

Nope, I'm holding out to see if Deadly Premonition or Spelunky go on special before I buy either of them. Before the sale I was thinking I should really get the Fallout games before they vanished, but GOG and Interplay took care of that for me.
And here I've thought that everyone has the D&D games
