Would anyone else be interested in seeing the FMV(Full Motion Video) games from the beginnings of the optical disk era be ported up and offered on the site? I'm talking things like Phantasmagoria, Ripper, and all the likes of that.

I'd like to see whichever Wing Commander games used FMV.
Most FMV in games was terrible though, from what I remember. It was a fad for a while though.
Edit: Also, the Crusader games! They have FMV bits, and were good games.

From what I've heard, the Tex Murphy games already represent the best of them. Most of those early FMV games weren't really up to much. Even at the time they were knocked for having gameplay as limited as the actors' acting abilities.

Ripper had Christopher Walken.
Yet on the topic of acting ability, the corny nature of the games is what made them awesome.

I haven't heard of Ripper before. Apparently it never reached the UK . I am intrigued now...

Christopher Walken's acting abilities are kind of a joke, though. He really fit right in the Ripper world.
I'd like to see the previously mentioned 7th Guest, fo' sho'. Besides Tex Murphy and 7th Guest, I think the only other really good FMV game was the first Phantasmagoria. Unless the Wing Commander was good.
Was there anything else?
(BTW, Ripper was garbage.)
(Oh, and GOG, please please PLEASE have a Tex Murphy sale. :)))))

Gabriel Knight 2 is the only other one besides the Tex Murphy games that's really worth playing.
