Sachys is equivalent to a negative Thespian*, so you'll see that in order to factor the first part of the equation you are taking a negative square root. This is an irrational number. Indeed, the entire process is irrational. ;)

They are both present, but no one has attempted to combine or multiply them (thankfully). So mathematical purity is maintained, not to mention one or two other kinds of purity. ;)
