It's a quirky board game, that seems pretty fun. The RPG/card game elements are a nice touch, this game kind of reminds me of Dokapon Kingdom. Anyone here interested in or played either of these games?

Yep, 100% Orange Juice looks very interesting. I have it on my Steam wishlist, just waiting for a good sale.

EDIT:

Fruitbat Factory are also the creators of 99 Spirits and Human Tanks I - War of the Human Tanks.
I guess a few more people know these games. :D

Dokapon Kingdom is a PS2/Wii game which is why I didn't bother providing links for it.

Yep, I don't have either of those yet. I'm mainly interested in War of the Human Tanks, not sure about 99 Spirits.

war of the human tank are interesting light turn based strategy game which i quite enjoyed, albeit the inter mission part seem kinda too slow (thanks wolfrain). guess i might look for this one as well

Yep, it plays like an enhanced version of Battleships. The Dialogue sequences are a bit too long but they are also pretty funny and weird. Great game, much better than i expected.

Seen it a while ago and it looks interesting. I really liked Dpkapon Kingdoms although I was pretty bad at it.

I was disappointed to miss the Indie Royale bundle with 100% Orange Juice in it last September .

I had never heard of the game until it was released on Steam recently.
Dokapon was fun with friends but got boring to play alone. So far this game seems more fun in the campaign since each game is short.

it kinda refreshing to be honest. the art work isn't my cup of tea (not the anime approach just the artwork) but some of the weirder stuff def funny. well at least they have the option to hasten the dialogue, albeit skip scene will be more than welcome.esp after playing the game more than one play through.

I agree with that. Playing with friends was a lot more fun. It was hard to find friends interested in playing it though. Probably didn't help that I lived in the middle of nowhere. The joys of local multiplayer.

If they made a new game in the series with online and local multiplayer that would be cool.

I guess Japan has several Dokapon games only one was ever localized.

Actually, Fruitbat Factory is not the creator. The go in partnership with Japanese indie game devs and translate their games and bring them to a western audience.

War of the Human Tanks, for example, is made by Yakiniku (http://yakiniku-banzai.com/)

Yep, you're right. Fruitbat Factory is just the distributor of those games here.

They announced recently that they're bringing out some PS3 game to the west, I haven't much looked into it yet.
