I didn't buy my first game off here, till the JoWood sale this year lol

I also joined 1002 days ago as of June 20, 2011.

Forgot to check it. Im 1001 today. Gonna have to "break the bank" and get me an interplay title to celebrate.

I'm at 957 days now. I still remember the day I registered back when I was a sophomore in college. Now I've graduated and love retro gaming more than ever! Being a retro gamer/abandonware user long before GoG arrived has given me some perspective on how much this area has changed in the last 10 years. More than anything else, I've seen the retro gaming community become much more recognized thanks to sites like GoG. I have also seen in the last few years an amazing explosion of creativity, innovation, and financial success in indie gaming. And it was sites like GoG that fostered communities, often supporting the indie developers.

And for all this, I am proud to be a GoG member.

P.S. Though being on this site for awhile, I hardly ever post, so apologies for the somewhat long-winded post.
