Gog and Steam don't mention anything about the 2017 Zwei needed, so Arges is a standalone game.

Generations of War Zero is the prequel of Generations of War, which happens before Generations of War 2.

So : Zero > 1 > 2 if you want to follow a "chronological order".

If not, then 1 > Zero > 2.

As for Zwei titles, I cannot help, sorry.

I'll just quote the games' publisher:

these games each tell standalone stories, set on different floating continents with different casts of characters. Zwei: AA’s two protagonists, Pipiro and Pokkle, do make a few cameo appearances in Zwei: II, but this is done almost purely for the sake of fanservice (the literal kind, not the naughty kind). When all is said and done, these two games are completely standalone, taking place in the same world but telling very different stories with very different characters and a very different feel.

It is worth noting that AA is the first Zwei and II is the second (despite them being released in English oppositely), so if you're the kind of person who likes to see gameplay changes as you go through a series, it might be worth doing AA first. Otherwise, like the post above said, they aren't related at all story-wise.
