Zero Escape: The Nonary Games on Steam.

The collection including the first and second games in the series, Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors and Virtue’s Last Reward, is coming to Steam, PS4 and PS Vita in the first quarter of 2017. No price has been announced so far.

Considering the third and final game in the series, Zero Time Dilemma, is already on Steam, fans should be happy to know they'll have full access to the entire series on PC now.

Personally, I absolutely hated 999 the first time I played it, but hearing people's praise for it makes it seem like I never got far enough to even see the game's virtues, I've been meaning to give the game an honest chance a second time around, so I'm happy to see it come to PC.
Huh, didn't realize it was coming to PC -- thought this re-release was PS4/Vita only. Would be great to get it on GOG, but feh! We know how that always goes.

It was confirmed that it's coming to steam a few months ago. It's just poor wording by Aksys/Sony yesterday that causes people to be confused by their meaning of "exclusive". Anyway, Zero Escape is one of my favorite game series ever, so I'll be rebuying it on steam to support the dev and so I can experience the 999 remaster.

I don't think Gog has any Spike Chumsoft game, do they?
What about getting these games on GOG?

Well, as of this writing:

999 has only 28 votes,

Zero Time Dilemma has 48 votes,

As for Spike Chunsofts other PC games:

Danganronpa has 153 votes,

Danganronpa 2 has 133 votes,

and One Way Heroics only has 31 votes.

I don't think that's enough to get their attention. I already voted for them, you can too. You can even try to contact them if you want to, but I'm not sure if they'll care.

Curiously though, Spike Chumsoft published The Witcher 3 in Japan, not that it's relevant ot anything.
Cool, more great Japanese games for GOG to ignore while they focus on giving us crap like Omnibus.

I mean, I realize the games don't have that many votes, but I don't think it's too much of a stretch to expect GOG's biz team guys to look at Steam, realize Spike Chunsoft's stuff tends to be very well received, and maybe do something about getting their games.

I misread that name quite badly..

Certainly, but the votes are ammo to use in their advantage, without them I'm not surprised they would have a hard time getting them.

Or maybe they never even tried, who knows?
I wonder how they'll do 999 without a DS.

Check the IOS version.
It's pretty much that but they cut out the Escape the room bits in that version.
