Hello everyone! As the title suggests, I would be grateful if you could share your opinions on GoNNER. I am tempted to buy it during the current sale, as its discounted price is rather appealing, but I want to avoid flooding my library with games I will quit early (or eventually never play). So, how is it? Tough as hell? Rewarding / unfair deaths? Replay value? Makes you want more even after 1000 subsequent failures? :) To give you some context, I have played LOTS of Binding of Isaac (unfortunately not on GOG) and I thought it was a grower, starting really hard and getting more enjoyable (& addictive) as you unlock stuff. This game to me is actually the meaning of replay value. On the other hand, I played Nuclear Throne for 2-3 days and never touched it again, as I thought it was super difficult without reason, with lots of unfair deaths (I hardly managed to get past level 2, maybe I lack the skill, who knows). Please note, the above stuff is my personal opinion through experience & I do not intend to criticize. So, how does GoNNER compare to the above?
